Before your treatment:

• Avoid alcohol the night before treatment

• Avoid caffeine on the day this includes; coffee, diet coke and energy drinks

• Take antihistamines 2 days before and 2 days after to reduce swelling with fillers if you want to be extra numb, you can purchase Emla Numbing Cream and apply 1 hour before treatment.

• You will then be topped up with an additional, stronger numbing cream when you arrive.

• Please notify Kirsty if you have had any other face treatments before your appointment. If you have sunburn, it is advisable to wait for this to heal before having treatment. Or if you have any medical conditions

• If you are under the age of 18 or are pregnant, we may not be able to perform treatment. Please speak to Kirsty before booking an appointment.

After your treatment:

• Drink plenty of water to increase your bodies ability to heal. With injections

• You maybe swollen for up to one week. This is completely normal and the swelling will subside. Take antihistamines to help if you’ve had lip fillers

• All aftercare is given at time of appointment please follow to get best results from your treatment
